I ordered some face masks... they are unusable. They are made of porous foam and actually stink

A reputable company would not market this Chinese junk.

Terrible web site. Unhelpful 'staff'. Absurdly high shipping charges. You won't always get what you ordered. Chronic pain does not go away..., hence the terrm 'chronic'. But these so-called medical professionals don't seem to understand that. They are as bad as street dealers - worse in in my opinion because they trade under the veneer of respectably. Avoid.

Product arrived well wrapped. Care was taken to ensure it was suitable product.Didn’t give 5 stars as despite paying for next day delivery it was delivered late in the following day.
Did not deliver on time. Paid for next day did not get next day. They reduced postage but that is not the point. You pay for next day to receive next day.Will try elsewhere next time.

Order submitted 13 days ago.Still awaiting delivery.Not really good enough.
Medication ordered on 24th March and has not been delivered .I understand the parcel has been with the delivery company (HERMES) from that date no trackng information or delivery date have been given!Could you please assist .Problem now resolved and goods delivered to my satisfaction. Thank You
No problem with product or dispatch, paid for next day delivery, but although it was with the courier Hermes for delivery on the next day they failed to deliver on time yet again - a regular issue with this courier.
I will avoid this vendor in future. Extortionate delivery fees and they do not honor next day delivery promises and refuse to refund for delivery fees when they fail to stick to their promises. There are better more honest competitors.
Can’t rate it more because after placing an order on the 1st March still waiting for it on the 9th .
